LOVE IT!
The first time I went to The Upper Hand I was a little intimidated, being in River Oaks and all, but when I walked in I felt right at home. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Geri01 Great Lengths Hair Extensions
Had hair extensions by Trish and I am thrilled. This makes me feel beautiful and confident. I look marvelous! I was going to go chin length but seeing the drastic change of below my shoulder I wanted the length. There were many colors to choose from. I might add that the hair is real. For what I got the price was great. I never had a problem parking however, I didn't go on Saturday either.

Best Place in Houston for Pedicures!
This is the absolute best pedicure in Houston, and I've tried most of the "top spas" in town. The atmosphere is great, massage chairs are wonderful, all tools are completely sterlized, you select your own salt/lotion fragrances, and the staff are well trained and very attentive.

Terrible Pedicure
Had a pedicure here last Wednesday... this is what I get for going to a spa... I have had better quality pedicures for HALF the price I paid for this one. The staff should learn to let their employees WORK instead of constantly chatting while clients are trying to be serviced.

Trendy Stylist
I recently had a hair disaster and on top of that after leaving the salon I already had about a 1/4" of roots. My friend was referred to Trish and she highly recommened her. Not only did Trish fix my highlights and gave me a trendy but versitle hair style. Her personality is great; she will go very far in her industry.
