I have used the South Shepherd location for many years and have never been disappointed... might find a cheaper repair place, but will likely never find an equal as far as quality. Just picked up my loafers and they'll likely have at least another two years of good wear in them.
Can't recommend Houston Shoe HOspital enough... they're great... fast, fair prices, and quality workmanship.

I think the guys there are just so nice and they really try to help you with your shoe problems. They have great customer service and there prices are very reasonable. Give them a shot, even though they are a chain store.
