Cafe Ravenna has been in downtown for years, and they recently invested some serious cash into a remodel. The new interior looks great - they went from stuck in the 70s to modern chic! The service and atmosphere have kept pace with the new digs as well. The food was serviceable, to me. But the bar is frequently busy and it looks to be a good place to hang out and watch the game.

I used to live in the Davis building so it was nice to be able to walk downstairs and grab a slice for dinner (there's not much available to pick from in the evening down here). The staff is pretty cool...the guys that run it are from somewhere in europe. They now have a decent happy hour as well.

The food is decent and the new look and feel of the location is very nice. They recently remodeled and it looks much nicer than it used to. The prices are good and the food is basic Italian.

It was the 1st time I have had authentic pizza by the slice in Dallas. The pizza guys were "real" and just super funny.
