i called fayette furnace for a no heat call and the first thing they asked was if i was a customer i said no because i just moved to the are they were very nasty and rude. after the apointment was made they told mesomeone woud be there in an hour after they called and never showed up for three hours later and took them three trys to fix the furnace but was never fixed i had to pay every time . This furnace company is well established within the community, and offer excellent service. They keep good records on their customers and call every year to schedule a yearly maintenance checkup on your furnace so you dont have to remember.
Their repair prices are fair, and they can usually get someone to your house in a timely fashion when you have a problem.

pretty good customer service. They also have after hours customer service if your furnace goes out and its -20 below. Good prices on the yearly inspections. I remember when the furnace kept going out and I called them at like one in the morning and they sent someone out to fix it. They didn't even charge me as it was an emergency because I my son was just an infant at the time.
