We purchased a headstone for our mother's grave from Dodd's. The staff was very friendly and respectful of our grief. We did run into problems when the stone was delayed in delivery. Then we realized the wrong stone was ordered and it had to be reordered. We also had a problem when Dodd's set someone else's stone on our mom's plot. We were outraged.
