A DOCTORS OFFICE IS TOLD THAT THERE IS A PATIENT IN NEED. THE FAMILY HEALTH PARTNERS INCORPORATED OFFICE STAFF TELLS THE PERSON IN NEED OF CARE. WE CAN'T HELP YOU. THE IMPLICATION IS THAT THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE INDIVIDUAL . THE PATIENT WAS ASKED QUESTIONS LIKE... ARE YOU A CUSTOMER, DO YOU HAVE AN INSURANCE CARD? I have been a patient at Family Health Partners since they began, which was about 1984. The practice has grown from two physicians and one location to at least sifive physicians in four locations. They are caring professionals who take the time to provide excellent service. With so many doctors there is usually someone available.
