I have had hundreds of facials and I think this is my favorite place to get them. The estheticians are thorough and they seem to have a real desire to make my face look as good as possible. In other words, they care as much as I do about my face. Thank you!

The staff at Tranquility seems to change a lot, but maybe that's the nature of the business. I've used their services on and off for a number of years. Erin is not there, so I followed her to her new place, Salon Lofts/Grandview.
I love the concept of Salon Lofts and the Grandview location is really nice, easy to park, nice central location.

I have gone here a few times before services were okay, girls were nice, but every time I found someone I liked going to they ended up leaving or being fired. Never knew what happened to them they would just try to switch me to someone else. A high rate of turnover is not a good sign in my opinion( even the girls up front change constantly).

The entire space is very "tranquil" and extremely clean. The staff are very nice and very helpful. Decour is beautiful and really adds to the experience. Ask for Melissa when you get a massage and Mandi for a facial!!! I am definitely going back as soon as possible, oh because it is very very affordable.
