Outstanding service and value
Truly wonderful service. The staff is very friendly, knowledgable, and helpful, and prices are great. I had them make an engagement and wedding ring set using my own diamond. The results were beautiful. I would recommend them in a New York Minute!

Disappointed
I took my ring to have the prongs retipped, rhodium dipped, and sized (and the price was fair). When I received my ring back, the tips were done well, but were overexaggerated and weren't straight and flat, the band was slightly bent, and I wasn't happy with the rhodium dip (some original bad solder on the ring was still showing through). wonderful service
I brought my engagement ring in to be repaired. Very fast ,efficent . repair was much cheaper than I expected. everyone was friendly and extemely helpful. wonderful experience!!!
