Last time I went prepared to buy a video camera and sales person who took awhile to find, told me the one in the ad I wanted to buy wasn't good and steered me toward a much more expensive. Every time a man went into the store dressed in nice clothes the sales people were all over him, but me being a mom with two kids was ignored.

Told us that we had 5 years warranty or we could flip it and use it as store credit but the warranty would then be null and void. What a crock! Despite the overabundance of sales people, it was difficult to get any
help. Staff seemed disinterested and unapproachable. The management staff
(Aaron) was particularly hostile. The good price is definitely not worth the

It stopped working w/in 3 days of installaton. Went back and had to make an appt to come back a third time. Tech checked it out and insisted nothing in their installation was at fault. Had to take it apart myself ...

Stereo Advantage is located on Main Street in Williamsville. It is sometime is sometimes a pain getting in and out of their parking lot but it is the only thing negative about this store. The staff here really knows what they are selling. This is a great place to go because the people here really know what they are talking about.

It is a smaller store and therefore a more limited inventory. Prices for electronics are above average (for the non sale items) as compared to a major retailer. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend, provided you can find a good deal in the local paper.
