In reply to that client that said we left them for 9 days. you can blame that on new York's energy star program that ties paper work up forever those are the people they should be complaining about. If funds were available we would never leave someone without heat. In response to having it repaired any furnace can be fixed but you have to ask yourself how important is your safety?

Never Would Call Them Again
They're supposed to be the best in the business in this area, but all I found was that they are unprofessional and perhaps a bit shady to boot. When something went wrong with our furnace, we called them first. They came in, told us our furnace was completely unfixable, and recommended a $5000 furnace to replace it.
