i drove 2 hours because i am german to this restaurant i tought the food was terrible ,overpriced and the place needed cleaning the waitress was unkept and looked they all need a bath i been to a lot of german restaurants over her and all over europ this place be out of buisness in a week in germany

A really great place. The prices are extremely reasonable and the German cuisine is authentic and absolutely delicious. I recommend the rouladen, but anything else is well worth it. The sandwiches are in a class by themselves. A must do when in Syracuse!!!!!

when I return shortly. They have reuben sandwiches to die for! And they are ENORMOUS. My mouth waters at the thought. I can't wait!!!
PROS: Great reuben sandwiches
CONS: Not for south beach diet types.
Read More On Citysearch Citysearch User 9/13/2006 - German style foodOk, I went to Danzers for dinner with some co workers, even though I had no idea what types of food would be on the menu. Since I try to eat somewhat healthy as much as I can, I ended up getting a salad because everything on the menu is really unhealthy. My co-workers ate huge sandwiches full of corned beef and other German style meat. They liked it, but not my cup of tea.
