- The original reviewer is right! BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!I am sure the owner is the one who responded to the earlier review. PLEASE do NOT take your pet to Village Groomer in Fayetteville, NY!!!!!! The owner is RUDE and is known to be RUDE to the customers and HORRIBLE to the dogs. Read More On Citysearch Jojo511 4/19/2009 - Do Not Bring Your Pet Here!I have had the unfortunate experience of getting a behind-the -scenes look at the Village Groomer. Although the dogs, and cats come out looking pretty, and smelling nice, their experience is not even close to worth it. The animal abuse I witnessed is unfathomable. I saw dogs and cats have their heads bashed into the grooming tables, get smashed in the head with clippers, and suffer heat exaustion...
