   Called to get a phone estimate and the woman on the phone was one of the rudest people I have ever spoken to. I actually told her she was and I havew never done that. The phone conversation didn't even last two minutes before I had to defend myself from her attacks. Asking me technical questions that I didn't know the answer to.
