- Horrendous tax preparation serviceI had my taxes prepared at this location this past April. It quickly escalated to one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. The preparation "specialists" at this location are poorly trained and inexperienced. I basically had to walk my preparer through the steps it took to file my returns.
