After they fixed the AC on my BMW (pulling the dash and reconnecting wires) I picked it up. A few miles down the road it stopped working. I took it back and they had to get another part. They didn't charge me labor for the extra work. It's hard to find a way to get around the dealerships, which rob you blind. These guys are the best alternative I've found.

To make a long story short, the dealer's work was incompetent-- they wanted to charge me 6K to rip out my transmission.
