Customer service is usually very nice except for one man who takes down the delvery orders. Very rude and huge attitude I was shocked at how awful his personality was. I am a frequent diner, especially for breakfast. Although most of the foods are good and generous, the cooked dishes are often a little bland. Staff is very friendly to me and immediately try to solve any problems that come up. Best are their burgers and onion rings! Their various creamed soups are always tasty.

The service was good and very fast, but nothing was cooked properly. The eggs were runny, the bagel burnt, the home fries a mess. We stuck to McDonald's across the street after that.
