I went to Dr. Lhota's office for a routine cleaning by a Dental Hygienist working under Dr. Lhota supervision. Once the procedure was done, he came by five minutes, poke and left.
The insurance brought a full consultation charge to my attention. The charge got denied and he sent me the bill to which I refused to pay.

The girls at the front desk were so helpful with my insurance questions, and the hygienist was really friendly and made me feel very comfortable.
