Celebrity sightings Silvano Marchetto, the gracious host of this wonderful Italian restaurant, has found a way to meld traditional Tuscan Italian food with a rock 'n' roll, downtown energy. They charge extra for the attitude I had brunch at Da Silvano recently and was disappointed. Completely overpriced mediocre food, with attitude to boot. Good Food, Good Crowd, Outragious prices What to say about DaSilvano. I must admit, I've been many, many times, and continue to visit. Aside from it being a hot spot (I've seen Lindsay, Martha Stewart etc etc etc - there's a;ways someone there, all the time), the food is good.
