For the past 2 Valentine's Day, my boyfriend and I have celebrated at Novecento. The manager there (Maria), treated us like family. She accommodated us to a very romantic corner table upstairs and checked in with us during the course of the night making sure we were comfortable and that the food was to our expectations.

Great tasting meat, intimate if slightly noisy ambience and the service is slightly less attentive than it could be but is done with charm. The atmosphere is charming the food is excellent and the prices are great! The waiter could have been more amiable, but we didn't let that spoil our dinner. I would highly recommend Novecento to anyone visiting New York City!
