The biggest problem with this salon is the customer service... Try calling sometime and I guarantee you'll be on hold for about 10 minutes. And when you go in there... They're not that busy. My stylist refused me an appointment after claiming that I no-showed her on several occassions. I had cancelled an appointment a day ahead of time after realizing I couldn't make it but apparently the receptionist didn't make note of my cancellation. The staff was very friendly and helpful although the price was on the high side. The shop is very modern and clean and so I didn't mind waiting for my appointment.

They offer a wide variety of services and the inside is very modern and extremely clean. I was not happy with my hair cut as it was done by a hairdresser who had a lot of personal problems with which she filled me in on so I never went back. The cost was also a factor.
