We used this service when we first moved to Richmond and didn't love it. We arrived home from our trips early a couple times only to discover that our sitter hadn't yet fed our pets, even though we clearly stated that we wanted them fed in the morning. Perhaps 11:00 a.m. is still considered early by the sitter's standards, but my cats were miserable.

Our dog had cut her tail, and even though the pet sitter was paid to come to our house 4 times a day, the cut went unnoticed and became septic. Her tail must be removed.
