  7. ONLY PLACE GOOD ENOUGH FOR OUR FURRY-KIDS
After much trial and tribulation with other so called ?dog daycare and boarding? places in Cary, we started taking our 2 yellow labs to Pupsi about 2 years ago. It has been the best choice we have made. Our pups are our babies! Just as we always sought out the best schools for our human-kids, we only wanted the best for our furry-kids. We will not get into name calling and list the places...

  8. Treat dogs OK, Mary-Owner-condescending, disrespectful
I worked for Pupsi about a year ago for 6 months. While I was there, I was ignored, not trained properly, accused of lying (when I was told to do something by an employee, that apparently was against their policy.) then not paid what was promised. I have never in my life (35 yrs) experienced such severe Narcissistic, condesending and disrespectful behaviour from an employer, or ANYONE for tha...

  9. Dedicated owners
I've never met anyone more dedicated to animals than the people who own Pupsi. I would definitely recommend them! They are a bit expensive, but well worth it to us for the care they give our furry babies.

  10. A second home for my dog!
My dog Roscoe has been going to Day Camp almost every weekday for the past few months. He started having issues staying at home by himself (even with another dog) and I couldn't bare to crate him while I was at work all day ,so I started to look for day care centers. Luckily I didn't have to look far from home and found Pupsi. Not only does Pupsi have the best rates and facilities around, they...

  11. Excellent facility!
I have been taking my beagle to Pupsi for the last year. He loves it! He basically falls asleep in the car when I pick him up because he is so worn out from playing! All of the other boarding places keep them locked up all day or have a small room for them to play in. Pupsi is different! I went on a facility tour last time and was so impressed with the cleanliness, attention to detail and the lar...

I am writing this because i went to pupsi years ago and currently have heard a couple people say they've been recommended to go there and all i have to say is stay away. My dog was fine going the first couple times and then he started acting funny when i dropped him off. the last time i took him there he sat bewteen my legs, looked up at me and i started to cry and couldn't stop. he did not wa...

My entire family is as soft as mush when it comes to dogs. Thanks to the edition of 2 rescues, we are now up to 4, and the only place we would ever dream of taking our dogs is Pupsi. We have used them for 3 years now, and they have consistently delivered every time. I have been taking my dog to Pupsi for daycare, boarding & grooming (on occasion) for over 2 years now! My dog has been going since he was 10 weeks old as they came highly recommended. I absolutely LOVE everyone there, and Max knows the word "daycare". He gets so excited he can hardly wait to get in the car & drive to Pupsi! The entire staff is amazing! - my dog was always coming with stong chlorine smell so I had to wash him pretty much every time after this day care - after first couple of times my dog started to be afraid to go to this day care which I've never seen before for other day cares I've used (too bad I payed for a dozen visits in advance) - one time after this day care my dog was throwing up whole night and when I called day care...

  17. Over the Top Customer Service!
Being the proud owner of an American Staffordshire PitBull Terrier puppy who is suffering from "Puppy Syndrome" (a puppy whom has been taken/separated from their mother too early and is showing difficulty in behavior IE. We have been leaving our dog at Pupsi since he was 6 months old and have had great experiences. He is well taken care of by the staff and the owners really care about each dog. I was given a tour and it is by far one of the cleanest facilities in the area. I would recommend Pupsi to anyone and I am a very picky person when it comes to my dog.

  19. Love, Love, Love Pupsi
I have been taking my dog to Pupsi for about a year now. I love it. I noticed that grooming has not been mentioned about Pupsi. They have a wonderful groomer. My name is Keifer and I'm a Giant Schnauzer. My owners adopted me from Schnauzer Rescue of the Carolinas in March and to help me make friends and keep me from being crated and bored they take me to Pupsi everyday. 22. Daycare at it's finest!
My wife and I have been bringing our dog Sal to Pupsi for almost two years. When we first got Sal from the animal shelter, to say he was a project dog with special social needs would be generous. Well after some time and training and genuine care by the owners and the employees, Sal has finally gotten to a point where ...

My husband and I boarded our two dogs at Pupsi a week ago for the first and last time. When we dropped off our dogs the staff was unprofessional and did not seem to care about our dogs. 24. Not a good experience
My experiences with Pupsi have not been very good. The staff is not very friendly when dropping off, or picking up your dog. They hold your credit card on file, and charge it without providing you with a receipt. We took our two Shih-Tzu?s to PUPSI after reading the good reviews on this city search. When my husband and I picked them up, they smelled worse than a barnyard. Mentioning this on our way out, the very curt owner and person who operates behind the desk, Mary, said "this is not our policy that they smell when they leave, you can bring them back and we will bath them for free." This seems like a n...

My dog absolutely loves to go to Pupsi. I am extremely protective and he did not have to be boarded until he was two. 27. Thank you, Pupsi.
Our adorable lab puppy grew into a one year old bundle of exuberance that was impossible to control on a leash. Someone had suggested Pupsi for day care and we were very pleased with that- so I asked them about training our dog. I cannot believe what they were able to do in a surprisingly small amount of time. Not only did they train our dog, but they trained us in how to reinforce what she had l...

I've been taking my dogs to Pupsi, once or twice a week, for almost 10 years. Mary and Tracy and Trace are great people and run a class business. I would highly recommend them for both daycare and boarding. Never once have I seen them be rude with a customer. I have seen some rude customers, though.

  29. Not Recommended. Terrible.
The first time we left our dog at Pupsi it was a bad experience. Poor service, female owner is very rude, not accommodating to the customers schedule, not allowed to view boarding area, and not given feedback on your pet... My puppy loves it there! After many people telling us about our puppies behavioral problems we went searching for help. Several of our neighbors have used Pupsi and raved about them. Their dogs are well trained and happy so we took their advice and we are glad we did. With Pupsi's friendly and knowledgeable staff, our puppy is on the right track. Our family thanks you deeply.

My dogs have been going to Pupsi for almost 2 years now. In the meantime they have been to Petsmart Hotel and hated it. We practically have to drag them away from Pupsi. 33. 10 years of good service
I've been boarding my dog at Pupsi each time I travel for his entire life (10 years). He's always happy to go and is in great shape when I pick him up. They know what they're doing, he gets great socialization and exercise, and there's zero separation anxiety (for him as well as for me). You won't be disappointed.

  34. Pupsi is a Puppy's Paradise!!!!
My lab mix, Lola began Pupsi months ago and we both love it! Every morning I tell her it is time for school and with tail wagging she hops in the car. When we arrive she pulls me through the front door and at night she stares out the back window as we pull away. Pupsi is a what my dog would ask for, if he could talk, by way of a kennel. He doesn't have to spend long hours closed in a kennel. Instead, he can romp and play with other dogs. My puppy has been going to PUPSI for 1 1/2 years now just about every weekday. Daycare for dogs - who knew?! He's not locked up all day, gets to be socialized with other dogs (under the watchful eye of a great group of people), and comes home tired! I wouldn't take him anywhere else. -- Oscar's Mom.

The only thing that concerned me about the place is their restricted viewing of where your pet is boarded. I was not able to see the place where my dog would be staying, because they needed advance notice. Do they not maintain the place on a regular basis? Also, I handed them a bag of toys and blanket, that they readily accepted, but when I picked my dog the items were untouched. The playing with...

  45. Dogs like this place.
Finally a place that takes care of my dog without too many superfluous details. Dogs have a good time doing normal dog things. They don't really need a lot of frills. My dogs don't have to be read a bedtime story to go to sleep, or have ice cream after dinner, so some kennels are too fancy for me. But my dogs just want to be cared for, to get lots of play with other dogs and have a safe place to ...
