- Will never use Cox Cable again!I have went through cox cable two times within the past two years and both times they have screwed me over. The customer service there is horrible, they don't treat you like a customer, they treat you like a dog. I am with AT&T now and they are wonderful. They don't treat you like you are stupid and give you all the details upfront.
