Very helpfull and nice customer service, and very professional movers. They carry my grandmother's piano from 3-rd floor, and than to 4-th floor at my new location. I fot my piano with no any damages, plus no extra charge for extra heavy item and stairs.

They had 2 1/2 guys, the other older guy just directed and packed the truck. The two guys was about 5 '3 and a buck 30 (130 - 140 lbs).
