   Joe came for a water leak---that a previous plumber was unable to locate---he found the problem, and successfully repaired it. Unlike the 'other' company---he totally cleaned up sheet rock debris (had to open up ceiling to access pipes), and thankfully fixed the leak ! Price was also less than the unsuccessful prior plumber!

    Whenever I have needed plumbing help, I just have given Joe a call and he is there to help. Joe is very responsive and will help with ideas for less costly fixes. He tells it like it is!

11. Plumbing with a Personal Touch
    He talked me through the process, explained with me what the problems were and even gave me some plumbing tips for the future. He made the work look easy, though I know it wasn't! I will use him again if the need arises. As I said, it all had a personal touch to it, he had an approachable demeanor and wanted to learn about his customer! Not many still do this!

12. Top Notch Service
    Each time I've called TSCO to handle a plumbing emergency, they've responded quickly and provided excellent service. And when I had an emergency that was out of their area of expertise, they gave me a great referral who promptly handled the issue. TSCO is responsive, efficent and very professional. It's nice to have them as my "go to" plumber.

    Joe from TSCO Plumbing came out to our small school on the Eastside and replaced a couple of slow-flowing toilets. His work is stellar and his rates are reasonable.     Joe Schafer did an excellent job for us in repairing a residential outdoor faucet leak. Parts were not available to repair the old faucet and the pipe was not easily accessible, so it looked like we'd have to cut through the wall.     I was moving into an old house and tried to fix a leak in the tub fixture but gave up and needed a plumber. I selected TSCO based on reviews in Citysearch and I was very pleased.     I hired TSCO because of positive comments I'd heard from a varienty of acquaintences. TSCO was helpful and patient in not only explaining the challenges of our side-sewer project, but was willing to work within our budget for replacement.
