Very Happy
I called these guys when my fridge was not cooling. They were not the first company i called. Everyone else told me 2-3 days. When i called Bill's they told me that no refridgration was a priority and they came that day. They had the parts and were able to repair my fridge on the spot! Can't say enough about the offfice people and the tech. Thanks to them all my shopping for the week didnt spoil!...

Helpful employees and HAD what I needed
I don't know how it could happen, but the burner element in our electric oven broke in the middle. It literally has a break in the line. Well, I was able to find a replacement part at Bill's and they didn't even need to special order it. Every other place I called didn't know if they even had the part.
