After being seated, I waited nearly fifteen minutes for water and a waiter/waitress. The food was just awful! Believe me, you're better off going to Culvers for your lunch or dinner. Oh, the staff is about as apathetic as one can be. I gave it two stars instead of one because it was the Saturday before Easter. I would not return if the food were free.

We stopped on a Saturday afternoon for a late lunch. I had Fish and fries and my boyfriend had a sandwich and soup. We both found the food to be fresh and good. The atmosphere was also enjoyable. As others have noted, it's seemed to be primarily people who lived in the neighborhood.

It's an Irish family restaurant in the heart of a South Minneapolis neighborhood. The experience can't be beat when you don't want to cook at home and don't want to drive too far. My favorites are the hamburgers, and the french dip. The fries are a 10!! My husband loves their Monte Chirsto.
