I would say one of the scariest things about moving to a new town would be finding a local salon where you feel you belong. When I called to make the appointment I was caught off gaurd by the girl on the phone. she was short and did not make me seem like I was important. After a short explaination of what I needed she then made me feel like they were competeing for something.. it was kinda weird. The Techs were pushy and I felt uneasy the whole time. service was ok but not for the price.

Paid for highlights and haircut and left with wet hair. Several other service issues, the staff just does not care about the customer. Experienced and friendly colorists, stylists and staff. FREE hand paraffin wax treatment just for asking. Lovely salon with beautiful views of Forest Lake. Some claim it is expensive but you get what you pay for! I walk out feeling like a million bucks and get compliments on their work. Proud to be a customer.
