Prenger's Jewelry Clinic is an absolutely horrid place to get your jewelry fixed. They absolutely ruined my blue topaz ring. Now I have to spend tons more getting it fixed. I would definitely not recommend taking anything to prengers.

Prengers is known for its fast and reliable jewelry repair. Their prices are very reasonable and they are quick. When you drive up, the building looks like a dump, but inside it is very nice. The staff are very knowledgeable and can help you pick out settings and will give you free estimates on your repair. Some jewelry is for sale - and it is very nice too. I don't go anywhere else.
