1. sounds like a rip off
   I called for a price inquiry to get a tune up. The person (mechanic i assumed) told me it would cost around 150 for spark plugs and wires. I thought this was a good price, so i took it in. I gave them my info and they drew up a work order for me to sign. Looking at the total cost- $247 and this was including my coupon for 20%off !
