   My wif and I woke last Sunday morning to the sound of water running in our basement, we called probably 6 local outfits before we contacted Emond. Within several hrs ther was a plumber at our door and we had hot water by 12 . Very prompt and professional.

2. This company is HORRIBLE!!!
   I would never recommend this company to anyone nor let them touch anything to do with my plumbing or heating. They were rude and had no clue what they were talking about. I was in desperate need of some help and they hacked my place up completely and i had to have another company come in and fix the complete disaster they made. 3. Unprofessional Plumbing & Heating
   I found them to be very unhelpful. From the person who answered the phone and gave me the runaround to their inability to correctly fix my warranty problem. I will never use them again, nor will I recommend them to anyone who needs any plumbing or heating work done.

4. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and prompt.
   I do not usually write reviews but I had such a positive experience I felt I had to. About a month ago I need to replace a water heater in my retaurant. Emond Plumbing and Heating came right out and began the process of tracking down the correct replacement (which i believed to be a rare one).
