If I had to do it all over again I would have listed to my friends that used Cam's for their children. They told me Not To Use them. The only thing Cam's has going for them is really nice friendly drivers. If you are smart you will check there success rate of percentage of students that pass the test 1st try. I bet it is below 20%. In my son's class of 35 only 3 passed the first time. T...
My daughter wanted to go there b/c all her friends did, we live in Lexington. I read review after review and said, "NO" - and she couldn't be happier. All her friends are struggling with hours and the rudeness of the staff. She is right on time for every aspect of her driving test. It cost a little more but TRI-Town in Woburn - Tri Town Driver Education Center Inc, Woburn, MA 01801-2800

soo i signed up for this hell hole LAST YEAR. i tried to get it done quickly by doing the one week of all the classes. i didnt learn anything at all and they didnt even have a set teacher for the whole week. they are disorganized and i seriously question the intelligence of the "instructors" and now that i've gotten around to try and schedule my driving lessons, they wont answer their phone! at t...
I've taken the classes 3 months ago, and since i got my permit, tried to call them often to schedule driving lessons. I was always disconected or actually hung up on. When i finally reached them at 9:45 AM on a monday (they open at 9:00), they said their computer was not turned on yet and i should call back at 11:00. I called back at 11:10, and was disconnected again. What gives.
Believe the negative reviews, unfortunately I didn't. Absolutely the worst customer "service" I have EVER experienced. These people are professionally in the business of separating you from your money, and that is it. Poor instruction, unbelieveably bad office staff, rude instructors and most importantly, they teach your children NOTHING.

SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND AGGRAVATION AND FIND A SCHOOL THAT IS RUN PROFESSIONALLY. I AGREE WITH ALL THE OTHER COMMENTS. THE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE ARE EXTREMELY RUDE. YOU CAN NEVER GET TO THE OWNER. THEY TAKE MORE STUDENTS THAN THEY CAN HANDLE. THE KIDS NEVER REALLY LEARN TO DRIVE, THEIR "ROAD" TIME IS SPENT DRIVING AND PICKING UP OTHER PEOPLE WHO MADE THE SAME MISTAKE AND ENTRUSTED THEIR CHILD ...
oh my god. worst desicion ever. first of all i had to schedule all my hours at once because they have such a tight sceduale you have to do it at least a month in advance. im a new driver and once i got into the car my instructor got VERY annoyed. he said the lesson was "practice" and NOT a teaching time. i couldnt believe he said that i thought this was a driving SCHOOL. he literally yelled at me...
The girls in the offfice are nothing short of rude, evasive and fight with customers and each other. The parents class I attended had people banging on the door while the class was going on, and the police were called, which from what I understand happens almost every time. The rules on when you can book your hours change every day. If you ask to talk to the boss, he is unavailable and the gi...
This "school" if it can even be called that, is terrible. The most aggravating thing is that the owner and instructors are rude and only seem to care about your money. The five-star post below is obviously made by one of the Cam's Personnel
It was a big mistake signing up for driving school/lesson with an old woman as a driving instructor. She was extremely rude and the worst person I've ever met in life.
I had her once - it was like Hell. She shouted at me (most of the time) and have no patience at all.
VERY RUDE!!!
Even though i saw bad reviews for this driving school. I thought I'll still give it a try since this is the only one in Waltham close to where i live. I took SIX ONE-HOUR LESSONS - $210.00 from them and even then I didnt learn to be a good driver. This is how they work - the student from the previous class picks you up and then he drives back to his place and you start driving and pick up the st...
They have ONE driver for hundreds of students. They do not answer their phones, call you back, they do not refund money and provide the service you pay for. They need to be reported so this stops.
Go to the bettr busness bureau website and file a complaint. At the page where it says "Is this a landlord/tenant complaint? Is this an employee/business complaint? Is this a discrimination compla...
-NEVER MAKE THE MISTAKE OF SENDING YOUR SON OR DAUGHTER TO THIS SCHOOL. THEY ARE EXTREMELY DISORGANIZED AND GREEDY. THE THEORY IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. THEY SPEAK VERY RUDELY AND DISCONNECT YOU. THEY ACCEPT TOO MANY STUDENTS BECAUSE THEY WANT MORE MONEY! SUCH A FRAUD AND BAD BUSINESS! AFTER THREE MONTHS NOT ONE DRIVING LESSON AVAILABLE.
SAVE YOUR MONEY AND KEEP YOUR COOL/ I DON"T THIN...
Rude people who never answer phones, no parking, driving scheduled months out. Owner is uneducated and rude. I highly suggest going elsewhere if you ever want to get your license.
You will NEVER finish school if you go here. NO DRIVING TIME EVER!! It takes months and months to complete the corse. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
As a parent of a 16 year old I was a little concerned about her getting her drivers license but once I got on the phone with one of the women in the office (her name is "Precious" I believe) i began to feel more comfortable about the idea. During the registration process the staff members were so helpful, and Precious took the time to explain how the courses were going to be taught, and she also ...
Cams is a scam, they take your money saying that you will finish their course, then they don't have enough hours to book the driving, so it will take months to get your license even though you started the program over 6 months before you could get you license, and they are major league bumholes. Avoid them, too many people have suffered, and they produce bad drivers, because their teachers can't ...
I had a similar experience. If seeking driver's ed look elsewhere. While the classes feature dated videos (even more so than a typical driver's ed class), the system they use is obselete, and the front office is comatose. For the poor level of service they provide, this business has coasted for far too long.
This school is run by a bunch of morons, and they exist only because they have a monopoly. Their service is aweful. They are complately unresponsive and don't answer their phone. Think "Post Office" or "Government Worker" and you will get the drift. I do not recommend it at all.
