Staff are very friendly and helpful. No need to hurry once your massage has finished. I went to the relaxation area where I had my tea and listened to relaxing music for an hour and was not rushed out.

Now it looks totally new and modern. I love everthing from the reception area to the bathroom/locker rooms. Even the staff members look refreshed with the new uniforms. Massage was ok. But during and at then end the therapist kept talking and then she tried to push product on me...I didn't ask about any of them. I am a product fiend, but only if I ask - didn't need a sales pitch after an hour and a half of relaxing.
