Ive delt with this people THEY SUCK!
Ive sent in a laptop and they say there going to update me, so i leave it there for 3 days I had to call THEM to find out if the computer is getting repaired it took me 10 min on the phone to get a response from someone, after and then they tell me that i have to give them the reboot disk.
