2. Found some great info on real estate
   I found mediate to be a great resource for my real estate needs. Not only were they extremely informative ,but they didn't waste my time by informing me of places that were outside of my budget. I definitely recommend Mediate.

   The bottom line: do not rent with this company! As a professional in Boston, I have seen my share of overpriced, under serviced realty. Mediate Management Company's property managers found a low absentee-landlord standard, and have managed to take it lower.
