Brief description of visit -
Service Desk - Did not even greet me, too busy making jokes with other colleagues.
Reception Desk - Lady too busy reading her book to greet me.
Employee by door - Checking his email while chewing gum, no greet.
Mechanics - In & out of reception area to take all the customer cakes / cookies and water (I observed this 3 times) The plate was empty within an hour.
