Every thing served here is tradtional. Not a fusion. The breads are baked in tradtional clay oven. The rice is basmati indian rice. The curries are most flavorful.

I never take the time to write reviews, but this place is absolutely the WORST Indian restaurant. AVOID IT! I ordered quite a few things and they not only tasted bad (stale/old) they made my roommate sick. After seeing hair I refused to eat any of it beyond my initial tasting, and was spared. Not having ever tried much Indian food, India Samraat made it easy to enjoy. Decently priced for the portions and quality, each dish is elegantly prepared and fresh, and the service is great. They have a $20 minimum or something for delivery but most of the other Indian restaurants have an even higher minimum. The prices there are cheaper than most other Indian restaurants as well. They have your standard selections. I always end up with the Aloo Chole and some Samosas
