Very helpful
I found Hodan Management to be helpful whenever I called. The secretary took care of most issues that didn't involve the owner, Randy Spear, i.e. putting in a request for gutter cleaning, etc. There was one issue in particular that involved Verizon Fios and the secretary spent a lot of time and made multiple phone calls making sure the issue was resolved for me. Poorly Run Business
This property management has such poor communication with Trustees and homeowners. Randy Speare (the Owner) avoids taking or returning phone calls. He can be sarcastic and has made jokes of very important issues that are concerns of homeowners. He makes lots of promises to get your business but does not follow through.
