Absolutely not worth it. Service is terrible, especially the people who answer the phones. They either leave you on hold for 10 minutes or tell you that they will have to call you back and then never do.
The color products they use are good but styling is average at best.

My color and cut didn't come close to the previous ones even after return trips for adjustments. The staff is wonderful and the atmosphere is amazing....it'll be hard to switch salons but I can't justify their prices for 'less than fabulous' hair.
