Very Professional
Flood Squad responded within 30 minutes, extracted all the water, dried the floor and walls and billed my insurance company directly. The 2 uniformed technicians moved everything, were very careful, helpful and knowledgeable. Their quick response saved my carpet and prevented mold in the rest of the house.

Stay Away!
They came into my house at 2 am and gave me a $1200 quote to simply remove water from my basement. every 10 minutes they would come back and tell me that they would have to charge more for some reason or another. I finally got tired of their bate and switch tactics and made them leave my property. Stay Away!
