   Steve was prompt and efficient. He discovered we had bought a thermostat that was not compatible with our heat pump. He had one in his truck which he installed, checked to make it was working (heat & ac) & inspected our ac unit in under an hour. Very professional! Will definitely call Steve again if we have ac needs!

9. Thermostat - Install or Replace
   Steve Decker came out to give us a free estimate. He found that all we needed was a change of switch settings on the unit. We expected to have to schedule another visit and pay hundreds of dollars to install a thermostate. Steve reset our unit and was done in 15 minutes.     arrived very quickly (within an hour or two) from the time i called. identified the problem, though i needed an electrician to fix it (part of circuit breaker was melted). seemed honest and i would use him for hvac related problem if one arises.

    Steve Decker called within 15 minutes of me posting my need. He was at the house within an hour, diagnosed the problem, fixed it and was gone in less than 45 minutes. Very good service and the fee wasn't too bad either, especially for a weekend call.

    My project was a big residential job. I had a heat pump, gas furnace and electrical with ductwork installed for a 2700 foot 3 story 105 year old house in the city. T he ast few days have been fridgidy cold but I was nice and warm and cozy. Steven is very focused and meticuous. It took longer than I anticipated...approx two weeks longer but the job was so impeccably done it was worth it.
