- Great food and atmosphere
You will not feel like you are still in NJ when you walk into Avenue. Raw bar was excellent as well.

I booked the nightclub for my wedding until 10:00 p.m. but at 9:30 me and several my guests were being physically pushed out the doors by the brutal security staff. My husband and I enjoyed the extensive menu and our meals were fantastic. I recommend the potato crusted halibut which was absolutely delectable. Our table had beautiful ocean views. Patrick the sommelier was right on with his recommendation.

This is the best spot on the Jersey Shore for a night out.

The location overlooking the Atlantic was brethtaking. A rare find in the metro area. Would highly recommend this restaurant. I was there two weeks ago and had the Potato Crusted Halibut and it was delicious, however everything I have tried on the menu has been exceptional. There martinis are excellent and the wine list extensive....I highly recommend Avenue to anyone looking for an evening of lively ambiance and amazing food.

Read More On Citysearch Citysearch User 4/2/2008 - A favorite!I have been to Avenue often since they opened and always enjoy my dining experience.
The food is delicious with lots of interesting choices. Last night I tried the wild boar and it was amazing. The bananas foster dessert is now officially my favorite!
All of the servers are professional and helpful with menu questions and wine suggestions.
I always look forward to being there.
