Read More On Citysearch Citysearch User 10/25/2009 - Not a great experienceI was surprised at how the staff has no knowledge of any of the surgical procedures that were offered at the spa. I spoke to Felicity who claimed to be the surgical coordinator but was she was not able to answer any of my questions regarding breast implant surgery.??? She seemed very unexperienced and uninterested.
I would not recommend this place at all.

My "treatment specialist" did not know anything about the treatments (and she claimed to be a district manager) but tried to sell me by using my emotions against me. She couldn't give me any straight answers with regards to the safety of the procedures. Everyone there just seems underaged and undertrained.
