After a few good experiences at Scot Lewis/Empire in Bloomington I took a last minute pedicure appointment at the Eden Prairie location and will not return! The receptionists and pedicurist were nice enough, but the towels and tub area were dirty, and my student pedicurist clearly did not know what she was doing.
