They obtained the New York City Department of Buildings (DOB) work permit within a few minutes over the Internet compared with days doing it . They came in installed the smoke detectors in one day except for one apartment that the tenant failed to provide access to yet. However, they did charge me $300 for the DOB work permit that only cost them a $40 filing...

The technician came out the day after I called them. He quickly identified the problem, went to pick up the needed supplies and returned to finish the job. The hourly rate quoted on the phone was in line with the final bill. I would recommend Leader for anyone looking for electrical repairs.

They made an appointment and kept it. Nice electrician. He knew his stuff and got it done quickly and neatly. He even cleaned up after himself and mopped the floor. I am very happy with the lighting he installed - it looks great. I will use them again. Thumbs up! 5 stars.
