Best Ice Cream in Baltimore!
As a general rule, I think ice cream is a waste of calories. Several friends had mentioned Dominion to me, but I hadn't tried it until someone mentioned that they carry cardamom ice cream. Dubious selling practices and arrogant/inept customer service
long story short... i had been supporting a local business that sells ice cream and began participating in a promotion where the customer makes a certain number of purchases and receives a free purchase. after making three purchases and getting a credit for those three purchases, the company decides to change their rules. the "owner" of the establishment was less than helpful nor sympathetic. i...
