Left a mess. once...no call back, actually spoke to someone the second time and offered to pay by phone ahead of time, was told I would get a call back, still waiting. It's too bad because they are very conveniently located from where I live, will try the spa up the street.

Ask for Alex if you can get her - she did a wonderful job and turned what's usually a pretty awkward hour into a bearable situation. Also, go to their website and let them know when your birthday is, because they give you a really decent discount to use.

The massage therapist was very in tune with what I wanted and even went as far as to educate me on some things I can do at home to help with relaxation and tension headaches. The atmosphere is very relaxing and a pedicure there is a great way to treat and pamper yourself! You can pick your scent for the scrub and lotion they use which is nice. They also serve you wine.

The spa is clean, relaxing, and inviting. Unlike many day spa's I've been to, the front desk staff was not snooty and the spa did not reek of perfume scent. It was a great experience and I will be back!
