Good BBQ place This restaurant is always my favorite hag out place after watching a broadway show. The price is reasonable and the food is always good. I will definitely recommend it to my friends. Thanks. Read More On CitysearchEMD 1/11/2010
First place I head when in town I've been calling in for the past 10 years and always head here first when I am in the city. The Sticky WIngs are a must as is the pulled pork - in fact whatever you order you're gonna be happy! The frozen drink are also great fun.
Great place to chill out and people watch - happy days ! Read More On CitysearchSMG UK 10/6/2009
Pulled Pork and lemonade!!! There's nothing better than pulled pork and a texas size lemonade! It's pretty cheap too. I love going to dallas bbq to watch games and get some awesome chicken wings. we always get a ton of apps and those huge texas size drinks. i think they're like 7 bucks... great deal for NYC. Last time i got a naughty lemonade. it was awsome Read More On CitysearchAveryBJohnson 9/28/2009
Dallas Bbq is One of the Places in New Your I came to this location on my vacation to New York about 4 times and that's something considering the high cost in New York. All I ordered was the Shrimp Platter And the Crispy Fish with Shrimp Platter and man was it something. I also love that it was next to a movie theater, a perfect fit. Good Prices, Great Food I committed a cardinal sin for anyone who lives in the tri state area surrounding NYC. That's right; I went into NYC during the holidays. But not just any holiday. I went the Friday before Christmas. I was meeting up with a friend who works in NYC for lunch and immediately realized: what was I thinking?? We walked to BBQ's upon her recommendation. The place was crowded but to my shock we didn't h... Read More On Citysearchtriumvirate111 2/20/2009

Happy Hour is Best!! This is the place to be during happy hour! HUGE drinks available at all times, but so great during happy hour when your 20 oz alcoholic drink is $3-$5. Good food added to the mix can only make it great for all. Read More On CitysearchCitysearch User 11/12/2008
If You are and Adult over 25, Avoid Friday Nights I love BBQ's atmosphere, quick service, and drinks, however, I recently visited on a Friday and it seems like the entire restaurant was filled with kids under the age of 19. It was very loud and chaotic. The staff was running around so fast cleaning tables and serving, you could hardly concentrate on your conversation. I have been to many of the BBQ locations, but it was mostly during the week... Read More On Citysearchblackswife 8/2/2008
This is whats up If you want good food, quick service, good atmosphere, good prices- go here. I love everything about this place. It crowded with high school age kids on a Friday night, but it did not bother us because we were seated fast and served quickly. The food was delicious. No complaints here. What is everybody talking about? Granted - Dallas BBQ is not your upscale restaurant, however, when you are hanging out with your friends and you want to have a good time and great drinks, this is definitely the place to be. The food, in my opinion, is the same at every Dallas BBQ around the city (I have been to all locations). I have never had a problem with their service or their portions of food. If you want b a n g for ... Read More On CitysearchChinapink1970 6/6/2008
The Walmart of Restaurants For tourists only. Tourists with incredibly bad taste.
Everything about it is big & fast & cheap. If that's what you want, and you don't care that your food is the consistency of low-quality rubber and tastes like expired A-1, then Dallas BBQ is just right for you. I really don't understand why anyone would come to New York and eat at something that is essentially a chain store steakhouse that... Read More On Citysearchromaine71 3/25/2008
Love this place! I love all the Dallaz BBQ restaurants but especially this one because it has three floors so I never have to wait to be seated! Their texas size strawberry daquiris are too die for! My favorites are the baby back ribs and the honey basted chicken. Their hot wings are also good and they are huge so I can only eat a 1/2 portion. The sides are excellent! Try their mac and cheese! And their prices ar... Read More On CitysearchYeya 3/16/2008

Mediocre to bad food, Horrible Service The food is inconsistent; the burgers are good when cooked properly (a 50/50 proposition); the chicken is really dry and the ribs aren't even the best in a 3-block radius... Their in-restaurant service is slow (30 minutes from arrival until served with entrees), their delivery is VERY slow (usually an hour, even for nearby locations, and they often forget items)... Their managers generally act a... Read More On Citysearchseries1999 11/18/2007
Small portions When you pay 11.99 for food, it better fill you up but in this case, it did not. I ordered the Chicken & Ribs Combo plus yellow rice and cornbread. The meat portions were small. I wouldn't be totally exaggerating if I say it was close to the size of a kid's meal Lots of rice, but you know for 12 dollars, you're paying for the meat and while the chicken was good and so were the ribs, it wasn't...
