If you have sensitive skin, and are prone to rashes, ingrown hairs, etc., (like me), you will find these annoying things are minimized. Furthermore, Paula's salon is small but clean and comfortable. She is also very accomodating for those with busy schedules.

Paula does an amazing job - she's thorough (both sides are even!), sanitary (washed her hands before AND after the waxing, which you don't always see), and professional. She left no strays, and I don't kid you when I say her waxing didn't hurt as much as others'.
If you see anyone for your bikini wax, see Paula.
