I've been using FAST since moving to Raleigh in 2003, and keep going back. The mechanics and staff are kind, friendly, and go out of their way to make sure that I understand what they're doing to my car. I can trust that they're doing good work, they treat me fair, and I never hesitate to recommend them to friends. They're the only place I trust!

They tried to tack on extra fees for random parts not related to my car and could not match the price given at a different facility as the promised. Overall, very poorly run facility.
